बिहार और देश की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को निरंतर सशक्त करने की दिशा में एक अहम निर्णय करते हुए केंद्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल (CISF) के क्षेत्रीय प्रशिक्षण केंद्र (RTC) की स्थापना हेतु किशनगंज जिले के पोठिया अंचल में 110 एकड़ भूमि उपलब्ध कराने के प्रस्ताव को स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है जिससे एक हजार CISF जवानों का प्रशिक्षण भी मिलेगा।

इस महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय से राज्य और देश की सुरक्षा अवसंरचना को मजबूती मिलेगी तथा स्थानीय स्तर पर रोजगार एवं विकास के नए अवसर सृजित होंगे।

इसके साथ ही भूमि अधिग्रहण की प्रक्रिया को शीघ्र प्रारंभ करने का निर्देश दिया गया है।
