@craigie_b @WeAreOpenreach @Ofcom Unfortunately similar here. 2x Engineers came on Oct 1 to switch to FTTP, one walked off the job after 30mins, *THEN* the other one claims pole is rotten. Test the pole on Monday 5th, same engineer returns today, still won't climb to complete job. No internet for 2 weeks.
