Disappointing how the service quality & dealer quality has deteriorated. As a prime customer for 10+ years in UAE & IN, this is disturbing! Over the past month 7 return pick ups for one shipment cancelled by carrier. And the CS seem to care less.
@EmiratesSupport I have called twice since morning and have been kept on hold for over half an hour each time. A simple task like canceling my ticket is something am unable to do online myself and neither over the phone. Whatโs the problem
@emirates how long must I wait on call to cancel my ticket. Twice I have called and both times waited for half an hour and no one answered, I cannot cancel online myself and the live chat is also not available.
I never imagined coming back to our own home will be so much challenging.
