I need people to understand that science is not constant at all. Things change and evolve at all times. Theres a reason why those in STEM are called “lifelong learners”. Theres simply no way to give an unchanging recommendation in a quickly changing situation.

If you are not hiring spanish speaking residents, docs, ancillary staff, you are doing your patients an extreme disservice. I cannot tell you how many times my Spanish fluency has been met with literal cries of relief from both patients and staff alike.

Saw a C-section two days ago and it was the best day of my life (besides the birth of my son). Watching that baby come out, hearing him cry then hearing the parents cry brought me so much joy. Oof obgyn HERE I COME!
