I need people to understand that science is not constant at all. Things change and evolve at all times. Theres a reason why those in STEM are called “lifelong learners”. Theres simply no way to give an unchanging recommendation in a quickly changing situation.

If you are not hiring spanish speaking residents, docs, ancillary staff, you are doing your patients an extreme disservice. I cannot tell you how many times my Spanish fluency has been met with literal cries of relief from both patients and staff alike.
