There are other inside staff (Gitterman) collecting funds abruptly this past 2 months do doubt to pay other cases/ house rent.

The latest biggest ones are about $405,000 crypto investor fraud, a home loan abusing his mothers name and $30,000 one defaming.

Lastest ones involving real estate frauds/Jordan Gitterman and crypto investment frauds are the last thing someone wants in a Metaverse project as it presents extreme risk.
