@Wise #Wise It has been frustrating 3 days when my transfer (faster payment) from my UK Wise account to @HSBC_UK #HSBC_UK has not goje through. Wise is telling me to contact HSBC, and HSBC is telling me that since they are the receiving back they can do nothing! Can someone help?

Plus, it does not seem to be clear when the coffee will be delivered, and it would be easoer to go to a store.
So in summary, I ordered coffee for a same day delivery, coffee was not delivered, order was not cancelled, i was not able to get a refund.

@NSWHealth #NSWHealth What is the best approach of testing for returning travellers? If PCR testing takes hours, and test results are not coming back before 4 or 5 days. Is it good enough to purchase Rapid anti-gen test kits from overseas and test at home?

However this morning I get a text message saying that mh parcel is on board for delivery, to the wrong address.

How could this be resolved?? Why is it so complicated?

@CouriersPls Its very frustrating how changing the address is so complicated. I have contacted your team on the 28th of June about changing the address. They advised me to call the supplier. I called them and they have issued a new tracking number.

This was nit handled by couriesplease as I found out on the 2nd of July that the parcel is being processed (to be delivrred to the wrong address). I had to call again and try to ensure that the right address is there. At the end I got a new tracking number.
