@redBus_in Thanks for the quick response and refund. However, action was taken only after my social media post. When I raised the complaint in the app earlier, no timely response was given. Please improve your complaint handling process.

@redBus_in B- ID: TV3F70040780 I raised a complaint on 13th Feb regarding a bus that did not pick me up despite informing the driver 30 mins earlier that I was waiting at the pickup point. Driver later said they crossed the location and that my name was not on the passenger list.

@NammaBESCOM yesterday we dn't have power from 10.00am to 6.00pm at Silicon Town, Electronics phase 2. Now again power is gone.. When will the power came?
