Very disappointing experience with Amazon as a Prime Business customer. I received a damaged large appliance and Amazon approved the return. But their courier failed pickup twice, both times from their side.
This is not the service expected from Amazon, especially for a Prime Business account. Customers should not be forced to self-ship large damaged appliances due to Amazon’s courier failure.
@AmazonHelp “Pickup for my damaged order 171-8363428-3603567 (Whirlpool 235 L) failed twice (29.10.25 & 06.11.25) due to your courier. Now support is asking for self-ship, but that is impossible as I’m not at that address. Please re-enable pickup or allow pickup from my location.
