@ManjeetIMOPS Congratulations..Indeed justice hs been made with the employees having bn appointed against vacancies advertised prior 2 implementation of NPS. Such employees of J&K (UT) have been putting their case on the same analogy but the same has not been approved so far. @CM_JnK @DoPTGoI

आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा उन कर्मचारियों को पुरानी पेंशन योजना (OPS) में वापस जाने का अवसर देना, जिनकी भर्ती का विज्ञापन/नोटिफिकेशन 01.09.2004 से पहले जारी हुआ था, स्वागतयोग्य और न्यायसंगत निर्णय है।
अखिल भारतीय एनपीएस कर्मचारी महासंघ (AINPSEF) की तरफ से, आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार से विनम्र अपील करता हूँ कि यह न्याय केवल सीमित कर्मचारियों तक न रहे। राज्य के सभी NPS कर्मचारियों के लिए पुरानी पेंशन योजना (OPS) बहाल की जाए तथा Guaranteed Pension Scheme (GPS) जैसे हाइब्रिड मॉडल को वापस लेकर पूर्ण OPS लागू की जाए। कर्मचारियों को अंशदायी या हाइब्रिड नहीं, बल्कि सुरक्षित, सुनिश्चित और सम्मानजनक पुरानी पेंशन का अधिकार मिलना चाहिए।

HCM @omarabdullah @DullooAtal, it has been 2 years now the committee constituted for ACP/NFS to +2 lecturers.Lect appointed in 2003 are still working in the same pay level.

It is highly unjustified.. Humble request to @CM_JnK , @AtalDulloo @sakinaitoo @ShaleenKabra kindly address the issue on priority.

Cabinet’s nod to pay up-gradation of Panchayat Secretaries & MACP benefits to Ladakh UT Lecturers (borne out of J&K cadre before bifurcation) sets a positive precedent. We urge Hon’ble CS @DullooAtal Hon'ble @ShaleenKabra to expedite a final decision on ACP for JKUT Lecturers.
