Five months ago we gave the Claude agents a brand new $50,000 portfolio and one instruction: beat the S&P 500
So far mission accomplished
• Up 19.04% since March 3 vs 12.24% for the S&P
• $27 million now copying the trades
• Every position and every trade public
Na Tailândia existe uma cultura inteira de pessoas que montam motores diesel modificados em suportes no meio da rua apenas para competir quem tem o som mais alto e a maior pressão de turbo, sem sequer ter um carro em volta.
i genuinely can't understand why this isn't the first thing every claude user builds...
anthropic quietly shipped a folder system that turns one claude into 30 different specialists that load themselves on demand, and almost nobody uses it
here's what they built...
every session you dump the same instructions, examples, and rules back into the prompt from scratch, hoping the model finally remembers the right context this time, forever
1. one folder holds the specialty, one line inside describes when it triggers, and claude reads only that one line at startup so nothing bloats your context until you actually need it
2. the moment you say "invoice" the accounting skill wakes up, the moment you say "deploy" the ops one does, and you never once tell claude which one to load
3. skills stack silently on top of each other, three at once for one task, drop the second you change topic, and you never see the switching happen
your prompts are disposable... the skills folder is the only thing that actually compounds

Ken Griffin, CEO of Citadel, said: "I'm fairly depressed watching AI do a week of PhD work in a few hours"
He's worth $51.2 billion and 20% of every stock trade in America goes through his firm. The money isn't what's bothering him.
Citadel pays $400,000 to $650,000 a year for that work.
New trading AI agent does it now, on a free trial, for people who have never written a line of code.
It went live this summer and most of your timeline still hasn't noticed.
You type one sentence in plain English. AI agents loop takes it from there:
> an AI agent turns your sentence into a real trading strategy
> backtests it across 5 years of data in about 12 seconds
> scores it 0 to 100 and shows you the exact spot where it leaks
> kills the versions that only look good on paper
> rebuilds what's left and runs the loop again
> stress-tests the survivor on years it has never seen, then puts it live on your exchange in about 90 seconds
That list is the entire job description of a junior quant.
At a desk, one properly tested idea burns about $87,500 in salary time, and most of what they build is dead by week six.
Two clicks and this AI agent is testing your own idea. Costs you nothing and it runs the whole thing by itself: https://t.co/qMCIUPVKGK
Griffin gets to be depressed about it. He already owns the desk. You just got handed one.

Elon Musk says once AI becomes intelligent enough, they will likely be in charge of humans as we lose all control—drawing a stark parallel to the intelligence gap between humans and chimpanzees
“If The difference in intelligence between AI and humans is vastly greater than the difference in intelligence between AI & Chimpanzees, It’s hard to imagine that the chimpanzees will be in charge.” — later saying humans will be like very happy pet Labradors.

Asmongold on the biggest black pill: women's rights and birth rates
"Do you want to know one of the biggest and most extreme inverse correlations? Women's rights and birth rates. That's what the data shows"
"Correlation doesn't mean causation, you're right, it doesn't. It just seems to be interesting that it happens every single time though. What a coincidence. What are the odds of that?"
🚨BREAKING: Claude can now build a instagram page from scratch — and hit monetization in just 90 days. 100% free
Here is exactly how I would make that happen
This veterinarian is frustrated with Chewy, and it’s easy to see why.
They’re fine with clients buying meds cheaper through Chewy. What bothers them is the constant prescription requests their staff has to chase down (with no compensation), plus Chewy opening their own clinics.
The part that feels especially off is the claim that some vets “aren’t responding” — if that message is being used to steer people toward Chewy’s own veterinary services, that comes across as pretty shady.
Businesses need to make money, but there’s a line between competing and making other providers look unresponsive on purpose.
