@JoeBaguley@British_Airways I find myself in exactly the same situation. Not only have I suffered their exceedingly poor customer service and constant delays or cancelled flights. I have had difficulty just spending money with them. A loyal customer for 30 years. Frankly I can’t see how they will survive.
