Do u have employees (EE) working in positions where your risk is high? Are those EEs also putting others at risk if an incident occurs? If so consider classifying these as “safety-sensitive” and verifying EEs working in those positions are not impaired (physically or mentally)

Today, @CDCgov released updates to shorten the recommended time for #COVID19 isolation and quarantine. People are maximally infectious 1-2 days before symptom onset & 2-3 days after. This science & protection provided by vaccination & boosters informed the updated recommendation.

What’s wrong with this pic? A lock designated for #LOTO was utilized to lock out a gate which is protected by a disconnect switch. However, since the switch was inoperable, the lock was used with the key left inside the lock, rendering the lock useless. Ref: OSHA 1910.212(a)(1)
