@pwright84 @joe_thomas18 Had pretty much the same experience. My dad/mate/myself have season tickets in block 322. My dad and I had ticket purchase for £0.00 at 9.47pm on 18th August show up on our ticket purchase history, so defo done via autocup. Only my mate has had a ticket sent for tonight. 🤦🏻‍♂️

@wattsey1980 @efc_fanservices And we had emails this morning saying our payment wasn't successful and to click on a link to buy our season ticket seat... and when I do that I get a page saying "You do not have currently reserved seats.". 🤯

@wattsey1980 @efc_fanservices Having EXACTLY the same problem for mine and my dad's season tickets. Enrolled in auto-cup with a valid credit card against my EFC ticketing account. When I look at Account History under the Account Management menu it says we purchased our season ticket seats for £0.00 on Monday.

@MidsDog Sorry to hear about Ginny. Any tips for how long to recover and how to help recovery of damaged paws please? Archie (our awesome WCS came back from day care with a blister on his Metacarpal 2 weeks ago. Normal colour now just a lot softer than the rest of his pad currently.
