@parkrunUK today I ran the Long Eaton park run twice back to back as part of my 10k every day until Xmas day for homeless charity, only a pavement away. 16 runs down and 8 to go. Next week I’ll be doing Alvaston park run with the aim of beating the tail walker to the finish line!
