@cvspharmacy The CVS name has no value in WA. People here don't like name changes at all. Keep the @bartelldrugs name and you'll see 2 or 3 times the store traffic than you will rebranding as CVS. Ask any Seattle local and they will confirm I speak the truth.

@AskJcp Yesterday @AskSynchrony bank pulled a fast one on us and transitioned us to a JCP Mastercard that we did not want. Everyone says there is no way to reverse it so we will cancel our account. This makes JCP look so bad!

@hwinkler4real Check your bank afterwards too, in NYC I had a bike taxi accidentally charge us 10 times the quoted amount. Thankfully I noticed but it meant walking back to where we hailed him and getting the assistance of some of the other bike taxis to find him. Probably an honest mistake.

@ATT I had some unexpected day pass charges on my wifes phone as neither of us expected that it would work in Russia and she neglected to put it in airplane mode. She had a second phone with a Russian SIM she used instead so this day pass was not needed except in Estonia (4 days)

@askpanera I want to explain why since the NAPA Almond sandwich was pulled I am no longer a customer. Everything on the menu save 1 sandwich is either high in calories, high in sodium or both. A McChicken and fries is healthier than your sandwiches! Introduce healthy items again!

@lufthansa Is it possible to contact Lufthansa reservations by phone? All the numbers I’ve found are automated and your online chat customer service agents are slow and unhelpful.
