@stevehunsaker1 You don't need to be a founder either, I discovered it as a corporate employee / manager, the route to success is not being indispensable but to get people on your team that are better than you and trust them, this elevates the team and you.

@stevehunsaker1 Fairly easy to see why, at the smaller level the founder is the hero, they literally lead in detail everything. At the higher level it is too big for the founder to do this, they need others to do the work and they need people who are better than them at specific areas. ⤵️
