@Amtrak you’ve delayed my train (Zephyr eastbound) 13x since last night. It went from a few hours no big deal to 7 hours big deal - and increasing. 2am departure - not ideal. Can you please provide an actual ETD rather than stringing your passengers along? I guess no cafe car :(
@Amtrak I’ve never seen a sadder group of passengers waiting for departure. You strung everyone along. Should’ve just said 330am revised departure 12 hours ago instead of 10p, 1014p, 1043p, and incrementally delaying all day. Sad.
