@DrTractorcito@DrMcDorky I'm not sure if your comment was meant to be taken a different way but that was incredibly insulting and belittling to a specialty who is currently struggling with severe burnout after carrying a lot of the weight of the covid pandemic.
@PrideEM_org We are a newer program working with one of the most undeserved urban communities in the country with a high LGBTQ+ population. We also have amazing representation from residents and faculty @BrookdaleEMres

@futuredocgordon I tried to match ortho and failed. I was devastated. But I did a preliminary year and fell in love with emergency medicine. Now I'm an APD at an amazing program and couldn't be happier with how things turned out. Don't loose hope. You will get where you need to be.
After I certified my rank list for the millionth time, I wrote down a list of reasons I’d be thrilled to go for every program I ranked and put them in sealed envelopes. That way on match day, no matter where I matched, I had an envelope to open with reasons to feel excited.
