@thetrainline Thanks James, will forward it on to her. She did find a 'refund' link but the options didn't seem to fit - changed my plans / cancelled / delayed - none of which were the case (albeit I believe it was delayed, but she was not physically able / permitted to board the train)

@TruistNews I am a Sun Trust customer based in the UK who used the SunTrust app for a number of routine things. I can login to Truist online banking using my existing credentials but I cannot download your app from the UK. Is mailing the check to you my only option now ?

@VirginAtlantic Thanks for speedy reply but there's no security there for the buyer. Wanted to book 4 x Mcr to MCO tonight for Easter in the sale at £400 pp but should we need to change, full price in future school hols will be £900pp+. £60 off that does me no favours, that needs capping.
