@virginmedia Irrelevant. There is an ugly box attached to my house that needs to be removed. It is impossible to get assistance from pre-installation, customer care or anyone else. This is beyond a disgrace.

@LDNLutonAirport Thanks for your response, it is curious that we were informed by airport staff that it was airport policy and the airline were very conscientious to do the exact opposite on the outbound journey, delivering the pushchair outside the aircraft.
