@VirginAtlantic I’m confused. G-VJAZ is an A330-900neo not an A330-300. My seat in row 25 would be at the back of the cabin on the A330-300 but two rows before this on the 900. :(
@SW_Help finally managed to get out of Aldershot having been waiting for ANY train northbound for well over an hour. Now that train gets to Woking and you cancel most of the stops on that train too. How is the helping anyone get home? HOW?!
@BritishGas You aren’t ‘here for us’. Everything about this install for months & months has gone wrong at every conceivable turn. But you make it SO hard to speak with anyone who will take ownership and make things right. It’s always someone new and right from the start. Just AWFUL service.
@BritishGas Trying to get a warranty repair on a leaking radiator you fitted earlier this yr. You send dynorod who try to charge & say we should have called BG. We did! Now the complaint will take 8 WEEKS & so far it has taken 20 mins just to raise it while on hold! ARGH!
@BritishGas Could I have the contact details for formal complaint please? The complaint is lengthy but amounts to incompetence and failed promises at every single possible turn. Even today, while the job is being done a MONTH late, all the delivered parts are STILL wrong. Awful.
@BritishGas Tried calling. Ended up being told the engineer had actually booked another job because he wasn’t told. And then they got shirty when we said it wasn’t on. Formal complaint time. It’s gone WAY beyond a call to your agents. This is ombudsman territory, or even breach of contract.
@premierinn Trying and trying and trying to get through to reception at London Hayes (Hyde Park) as I can’t get to the hotel but I don’t want to lose my booking. But no one EVER answers. What can I do? There’s no other way of checking in! There’s just no one to speak to.
@Tesco I believe this was caused by edgesuite, the CDN in use on https://t.co/CUESiVTCJx, blocking VMO2 IP addresses for several hours for being ‘malicious’.

@Tesco your entire UK website appeared to be blocked by your own edgesuite. Same issue whether via home WiFi or 4G. Same issue on any page under the https://t.co/CUESiVTCJx domain, even the main page itself.
@Tesco I can send you a DM, but I don’t need to access the website anymore. I’m telling you for info because the website is quite a large source of revenue for you, so you might like to fix it for your own benefit, not mine. This isn’t for me.
@Tesco I’m not really sure why my address and postcode make any difference to this at all. If you don’t want to fix your website when a customer reports it is unavailable, I think that one is on you.

@SW_Help stuck on broken down train from WKM to WAT nr Staines. No air con. No toilets. Temp is about 30C+ and guard is just telling us they’re working on it. This is VERY dangerous to all of our health and some people are starting to feel faint.

@SW_Help The guard just kept repeating the driver was trying to fix it. Nothing else. No acknowledgement of the extreme heat or reasons. Nothing. Then it started moving and we were dumped off at Feltham where again there was no information expert to stand behind the yellow line. Useless

@SW_Help so yet again, on the hottest day of the year, we have the ‘pleasure’ of a class 455 from WKM to WAT. 1hr15, with no air con and no toilets, things we used to have since the slam doors went in about 2005. Why do we have yet another summer with these absolute dinosaurs?
