@JacobsVegasLife A predominantly smoke free strip is inevitable. Smoking (tobacco) is plummeting in social popularity and there is a lot of social pushback on vaping. The desire to gamble will always overcome the desire to smoke. There will be no long term downside if casinos ban smoking.
@JacobsVegasLife I enjoyed my experience at the GS, however the wine list fell far short of expectations and the bottle prices were far too high for an off strip restaurant.
@JacobsVegasLife Venetian/Palazzo was the first to start this trend with 6:5 on the strip. Now virtually all strip hotels with tables under $50 are 6:5. The exception being Treasure Island that still maintains $15 3:2. One might find $25 3:2 in the morning hours at Wynn/Encore prior to 10AM.
@JacobsVegasLife Re: Super Bowl postgame parties at various nightclubs. When high profile players are in attendance do these players show up unannounced or is it all prearranged, assuming they won? And do the nightclubs typically comp everything or do they get a bill?
