@Zufedd …

[Alaqeds @alaqeds]

@quxyfn wtf is this bro

[Alaqeds @alaqeds]

@quxyfn Go to the gym and only care about yourself

[Alaqeds @alaqeds]

@quxyfn Depends cardio can be down as a separate workout but like lifting should only be done once a day.

[Alaqeds @alaqeds]

@quxyfn Depends how long you have been lifting for. Also your natural strength can be insanely high or low

[Alaqeds @alaqeds]

@quxyfn Yes.

[Alaqeds @alaqeds]

@quxyfn that’s what I like to hear

[Alaqeds @alaqeds]

@quxyfn *gram per pound of bodyweight or higher*

[Alaqeds @alaqeds]

@quxyfn Also going to the gym and building muscle with a body weight protein intake would help with strength

[Alaqeds @alaqeds]

@quxyfn What’s going on ?

[Alaqeds @alaqeds]

@quxyfn Day number….

[Alaqeds @alaqeds]

@quxyfn hit 225 or 315 on bench then tell me you wanna kill yourself

[Alaqeds @alaqeds]

@quxyfn @Zufedd Care about yourself only, caring about someone that isn’t ur parents if they are close to you is pointless. They always end up fucking u over in the end

[Alaqeds @alaqeds]

@quxyfn @Zufedd go to the gym

[Alaqeds @alaqeds]

@quxyfn bro…

[Alaqeds @alaqeds]

@quxyfn Why

[Alaqeds @alaqeds]

@quxyfn quxy Bro u need to find a purpose, at this point bro grinding a game would be even better at this point
