Cease-fire/peace deal was reportedly reached between US and #Iran. Again. Nuclear details are to be announced. Most of details so far seem to favor Iran especially part where their leaders get to finally come out of their caves and they won't get bombed https://t.co/GTrFYruBYm

The draft version of the Iran-U.S. memorandum of understanding includes a commitment from the U.S. to lift oil sanctions and a commitment from Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, Iranian state media reported Friday.
The 14-point document dictates that final negotiations will not begin until the release of half of Iran’s frozen funds, the suspension of Iran’s oil sanctions, and the lifting of the naval blockade, the Mehr News Agency reported.

🇮🇱 PM Netanyahu’s Full Statement:
“The Prime Minister’s Office:
President Trump spoke this evening with Prime Minister Netanyahu regarding the emerging memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Iran to enter into negotiations.
Even though Israel is not a party to the memorandum of understanding, the Prime Minister expressed his appreciation for President Trump's commitment that the final agreement at the conclusion of negotiations will include the removal of enriched material, the dismantling of enrichment infrastructure, limits on missile production, and the cessation of Iran's support for its terrorist proxies in the region.”
The new Supreme Leader of Iran, Mojtaba Khamenei, won’t agree to the new proposed peace deal with the United States, according to reports from sources close to the matter. 🇮🇷🇺🇸
If the conservative media outlets reporting this are correct, it would appear that the Iranian negotiating team has not been truthful with the mediators.
The latest reports from Iran say that the decision to say that the deal will be signed was made by the Speaker of the Parliament Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi but was made without Supreme Leader's Mojtaba Khamenei’s blessing.
Syracuse University sent this memo to its employees:
"The headwinds confronting higher education are significant. Since the start of this decade, enrollment in U.S. colleges and universities has meaningfully declined. The number of 18-year-old high school graduates peaked at 3.9 million last year and will continue to decline annually for the next 15 years.
Competition for students is now more intense than at any time in modern U.S. history.
International undergraduate and graduate applications are also down significantly, driven by visa difficulties, geopolitical pressures and federal policy disruptions.
That context serves as an important backdrop for what follows. The University will not meet our undergraduate enrollment target for the upcoming fiscal year.
Because undergraduate tuition is the University’s primary source of revenue, the Fall 2026 enrollment shortfall carries real financial consequences—including a budget deficit, something the University has not experienced in quite some time."
MOJTABA KHAMENEI REJECTS U.S. PEACE DEAL: IRANIAN LEADERSHIP REPORTEDLY DIVIDED
Reports indicate Iran’s Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, will not approve the proposed peace deal with the United States.
Sources claim Iranian negotiators signaled the deal was ready, but the decision was reportedly announced by Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi without Khamenei’s approval.
If accurate, it raises serious questions about whether mediators were misled regarding Iran’s true position. 🇮🇷🇺🇸

Rob Gronkowski confirms he still hasn't really tapped into the $70,629,507 he made in the NFL.
As a rookie, he figured out that if he lived off endorsements and played for 4 years, he would never need to work another day in his life.
“Then things kept growing.”
LEONARD FOURNETTE: “So, is it true you still haven’t spent a dime of your NFL money?”
GRONK: “I was a second-round pick. It was $4 million. Like, 3.5 was guaranteed. And I was like, so if I play those four and that’s all I have, I can put 2 million in my bank. And I was like, ‘I’m good.’ I thought just renting an apartment was great.”
“I got brought up as more of a frugal guy, frugal family. I was using my brother’s equipment. They would hand it down to me. So it wasn’t like I had anything new growing up. So I didn’t even know what new was.”
“So if I save my money and live off a couple of the endorsements, doing the cards, little appearance over there, I never have to work at 24 years old if I just play four years in the league.”
“So I had that mindset, and then things just kept growing. So then I never tapped into my NFL money, really. If you look at it, I still have my NFL money.”
[Jarvis Landry and Leonard Fournette listen in awe and congratulate him]
