العِلمُ صَدَّعَ في الصُّدُورِ ضُلُوعَها
والفَقدُ شَعَّبَ في النُّهى الآلاما

فهِمِي بِدَمعِ الحُزنِ يا عَينَ الأسى
لِرَحِيلِ مَن نَشَرَ البِقاعَ سَلاما

قَطَرٌ تَوَشَّحَتْ السَّوادَ لِفَقدِهِ
والبَينُ أبكى الرَّوضَ والآراما

الصَّخرُ يَبكِيهِ وأشجارُ الرُّبى
والبَحرُ أشجى حُزنُهُ النَّهاما

أ لِقادِمِ الأيامِ طعمٌ إذْ ثَوى
حَمَدٌ بِرَسمٍ يحتَويهِ مقاما

أ لِقادِمِ الأعوامِ فرحٌ بَعدَهُ
فرَحِيلُهُ قَد شَتّتَ الأعواما

مَلأَ العَوالِمَ بَهجَةً بِعطائهِ
فَغدا الأذِلَّةُ في الثُّغورِ كِراما

في عَيشِهِ قد كانَ يكرِمُ شَعبَهُ
فتَجاوزَت قَطرٌ بهِ الأرقاما

لا لَم يَمُتْ حَمَدٌ وباقٍ ذِكرُهُ
فتَمِيمُ يُكمِلُ سَيرُهُ الإِقداما

منّا لَهُ صِدقَ العَزاءِ لِفَقدِهِ
شَهماً أباً مُتَمرِّساً مِقداما

اللهُ أسكَنَهُ الجِنانَ مُكرماً
وسقاه غيثاً صَيباً وغَماما

طبيعة

مَليحَةٌ تألقَتْ وخَلفَها
تَوقَّفَتْ بالحُسنِ دقَّاتُ الزَّمَنْ

بُحيرَةٌ ورَبوَةٌ مخضَرَّةٌ
كأنَّها جَناتُ عَدْنٍ بالفِتَنْ

والغَيمُ بُشرِاهُ بِيَومٍ ماطرٍ
يُزيلُ أحزانَ القُلوبِ والإحَنْ

قالَت ألا تَرى الجَمالَ ناضِحاً
مِن لَوحَةٍ في كُلِّ ما فيها اتَّزَنْ

بالشِّعرِ صِفْ زَهراً ونَهراً حَولَنا
وتَلَّةً أفنانُها مِن ذِي يَزَن

وابتَسَمَتْ فأورَقتْ بداخِلي
كُلُّ الحُرُوفِ بالأماني والشَّجَنْ

فقُلتُ هذي لَوحَةٌ أكمَلتِها
بِوَجهِكِ الوَضاءِ والصَّوتِ الأغَنْ

مِن شُرفَةٍ تضُمُّنا تألَّقَتْ
بالماءِ والخُضرةِ والوَجهِ الحَسَنْ
