There is mounting evidence that the Islamic Republic has been removing injured protesters from hospitals and killing them to erase witnesses.

In this image, bodies show clear signs of medical treatment, IV lines, monitoring electrodes, and bandages, yet there is severe bleeding around the head. These are not battlefield casualties. These are wounded people who were under medical care and then shot.
