The quality of your life is determined by the number of distractions you can filter out. What you surround yourself today with has influence on your tomorrow. Declutter life. Remove what doesn't add value to your life. The higher your standards, the better your life
It's ok if your progress isn't visible. Sometimes mental battles take more energy than you realise. It's ok to feel exhausted even if you love what you do. It's ok to take a break even if you want to be there for others. You are a human, not a machine. Be kind to yourself too.
There’s a silver lining to every hardship. Nothing that the Almighty sends your way is bad. At times, being let down by someone can be the direct cause for you to dig deep in yourself, finding your own strength. You learn to depend only on the One who made you. No one else matters.
Be thankful for the people who add to your joy and expect nothing in return. Some relationships heal us from the pain they never gave. Appreciate them. Those who support your progress and cheer for you deserve a special place in your life. Their presence is your blessing.
It's ok to grieve the past you leave behind. It's not ok to stay stuck in the places you have outgrown. Not everything is a part of your journey for a long while. Upgradation of life can't afford things that weigh you down. Those meant for you grow with you. Don't mourn the rest.
Don't give up on your dreams until you have given them your best. Consistency can overcome a lot of challenges. An important cheat code of success is willingness to keep going till you outlast others. Great results take great effort.
Almighty. Blatant acts of racism, injustice, prejudice, oppression are all around us, yet we can’t do much to stop it. We pray for those affected and hope righteousness and justice will reign. Only You can change the situation and make the people whole again.

Seun, you are not asking the right questions, which is how did he intend to repay the 'borrowed' money. How much is the salary to that office is he paying 600k for? Why most he pay for appointment etc?

Most of your limitations are created in mind with little to do with reality. Remind yourself as often as you can, great things are meant for you. Lock this in. When you believe you are worthy, you conquer your greatest enemy, your self-doubt. The universe delivers what you ask.
My dear brother and friend, Governor Udom Emmanuel @MrUdomEmmanuel, is a visionary, a gentleman and a leader extraordinaire. Throughout his years in public service, he has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to serving the interests of his people.
Today, as his family, friends, and the great people of Akwa Ibom State celebrate his 60th birthday, Toyin and I join them in wishing him many more years of good health, strength, and fulfilment.
Happy birthday, my dear brother. May God continue to bless you and your family. Amen.
Don't underestimate the struggles you faced to reach this far. It's your brave heart that led you here. Not everyone could have done it. Don't think you are left behind when you progressed so much through these hardships. The light you carry is special. You are an inspiration.
Your own wellness and happiness is far more important than you may think right now. So make sure you go to sleep tonight feeling satisfied that you have done something for you today.
I always enjoy conversations with young people who are curious enough to ask difficult questions and thoughtful enough to seek understanding before forming their opinions.
Earlier this week, I got talking with a young lady who, as it turned out, had read about the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Global Strategic Advisory Group meeting I attended in Lake Como, Italy. She had been reflecting on some of the issues I raised and asked questions that deserve serious consideration: Why does Africa still export cocoa beans only to import finished chocolate? Can our continent truly move beyond dependence on aid? Interestingly enough, these were the very questions at the heart of our conversation in Italy.
My view remains that the realities of the present moment are not a crisis to be managed, but an opportunity to be seized. Africa must redefine its relationship with the world. Not as a passive recipient of assistance, but as a confident and genuine partner.
Conversations like these leave me encouraged. They remind me that many young Nigerians are thinking and concerned about Nigeria’s place in the world and are determined to help shape a more prosperous future.
Every time you worry about what others think of you, remind yourself we live in a self focused world. Everybody's plates are full of own challenges and struggles. They barely have time to notice you, forget about thinking of you. Do what your heart desires. Make your life happy.
It's getting more difficult to distinguish between truth and falsehood. Be very careful what you consume online. Many bots, many agendas, many people out there who would do anything for attention and follows. Hold on tightly to your faith, your values, your morals and don't be a victim.
