@Butlins paid a fortune for 80s weekender at Bognor. Because we are disabled we can't see any of the entertainment. Lift broke on Friday, not getting repaired until Monday. Customer service is a joke.

@asda why does your customer service telephone calls all go to a useless Indian call centre the c advisors argue and don't listen. I spoke to Kru today and got nowhere. Maybe a bit of training would get the advisors close to being fit for purpose

Ordered a ring as a gift, delivery 4th June, order lost reorder for collection today, not available. Birthday was yesterday no gift to give. And customer service say wait. Time to step up and sort it out.

Click and collect at asda. What a let down. Arrive at lockers early, can't find the 'I am here button on app, scrap of paper over screen at locker saying go to store. Wait in store for over 10 minutes, hand back 2 substitutions to staff member, told "take to customer service"

Security guard take items in the end. Customer service not interested in complaint only in refund in 3 to 5 days. Use click and collect as we are high risk. Put in more risk waiting at the store door. Worst service ever.
