@MakingArguments This is an excellent plan and I support it. I had a toilet that was leaking poop-smelling water so I was pretty adamant about fixing that. Guests were starting to complain.
@MakingArguments It's great except for when stuff breaks you have to pay for it yourself. I really miss just putting in a work order and someone magically appears and there's no bill.
