Biden breaks his silence and calls Trump the most corrupt president in U.S. history.

Former U.S. President Joe Biden returned to the center of political debate with a sharp speech at a Democratic Party dinner in Sioux Falls. Speaking before hundreds of supporters, he launched a strong criticism of current President Donald Trump.

Biden stated that he considers Trump "the most corrupt president in the history of the United States." According to him, the current administration is placing too much emphasis on projects designed to highlight the president's personal legacy and image. As examples, he cited plans involving White House renovations, changes to national landmarks, and initiatives related to the country's cultural institutions.

The former president also criticized the possibility of providing financial support to participants in the January 6, 2021 events and mentioned Trump's earnings from cryptocurrency-related ventures. Biden further recalled that during his own presidency he had repeatedly warned about what he viewed as threats to American democracy.

The speech marked one of Biden's strongest attacks on Trump since leaving the White House and has generated significant attention in U.S. media and political circles.

Elections Alberta says the October referendum will require hiring at least 60,000 workers and printing 45 million ballots.

That will cost Albertans nearly five times what the last provincial election cost — up to $100 million — all so Danielle Smith can keep her deal with the separatists.

Imagine what that money could do for healthcare, education, or addressing the affordability crisis.

The UCP and Danielle Smith have the wrong priorities.

The Iranian navy, which has been destroyed eight times, has apparently closed the Strait of Hormuz again, because the United States, for the seventh time, won the war that wasn’t a war, so now the United States has to open the Strait of Hormuz that was already open before the not-war began.

The not-war began because Iran had uranium that was totally, completely, beautifully obliterated, so they can’t build the nuclear bomb they weren’t building, which is why the United States had to start the not-war it definitely didn’t start.

Now the United States, which has nuclear weapons, is threatening to use nuclear weapons to stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons, because nuclear weapons are far too dangerous for countries with nuclear weapons to allow other countries to have.

If the United States saw the United States doing what the United States does in other countries, the United States would invade the United States to liberate the United States from the tyranny of the United States.

BREAKING: Justice Sotomayor BLASTS Trump’s justices in a scathing dissent over yet another rubber-stamping of Republican racist election-stealing shenanigans!

She didn’t hold back…

The right-wing conservatives on the Supreme Court just voted to allow Alabama to use a 2023 map which was so obviously racist that a three-judge panel of Ronald Reagan and Donald Trump appointees again found that the map was unconstitutional.

But nothing except Republican power matters to Trump’s justices on SCOTUS, who voted 6-3 to allow Alabama to use the racist map anyway.

Justice Sotomayor eviscerated her fellow justices in her dissent, writing that they “disregard both democratic values and the rule of law.”

“In addition to being wrong on the merits, the Court’s decision inflicts two grave harms on the public. It debases the democratic process by upending Alabama’s entire election in the name of permitting Alabama to discriminate against Black Alabamians.”

“It also corrodes the rule of law by rewarding Alabama’s gamesmanship and outright defiance of court orders.”

“It is long established that ‘he who comes into equity must come with clean hands.’ Alabama’s hands, however, are far from clean. Instead, it defied the District Court’s order in these cases even after this Court affirmed it, and took utterly irreconcilable positions at different stages in these cases to suit its own purposes.”

“Now the Court is squarely faced with a record of the turmoil it has caused and the harm it has wrought. Yet just as Alabama doubled down on racial discrimination, the Court today doubles down on chaos. Because I choose to defend the rule of law and the right of all Alabamians to participate equally in democracy, I respectfully dissent.”

It is absolutely abhorrent the way that Trump’s justices have allowed state Republicans to play legislative Calvinball with the law and the rules, arguing one thing one day and against that very same thing the next when it suits them.

No precedent matters, no good faith interpretation of the law, nothing matters except the exercise of power and advancing the MAGA agenda.

Once we retake power, impeaching Trump’s justices and reforming our courts has to be a top priority – because if we don’t, they will pack the courts even more and entrench one-party rule forever.

Danielle Smith just told you separation would cost Alberta nearly $400 billion.

Not me. Not Ottawa. Danielle Smith.

Her own words: “I came up with almost $400 billion worth of transitional costs that we’d have to assume, in addition to somewhere between $25 billion and $50 billion worth of annual costs.” 

Here’s what’s inside that number.

Alberta’s share of the national debt alone: roughly $170 billion, plus $10 billion a year in interest. Then add border control, NATO commitments, regulating banks, railways, telecoms, post offices, CPP, EI, old age security, and child tax benefits. All of it. From scratch. 

And here’s what disappears on day one.

In 2025-26, Alberta received a $6.6 billion Canada Health Transfer and a $2.1 billion Canada Social Transfer.  Gone. No negotiation. No phase-out. Gone.

Alberta’s entire provincial revenue in 2025-26? $74.1 billion. 

So you’d owe nearly $400 billion upfront, plus $25-50 billion every single year, on a revenue base of $74 billion.

That’s not a country, it’s a bankruptcy filing in the making!

Economist Trevor Tombe puts the economic damage at $30 billion in lost GDP and 8% of the population leaving for work. 

Economist Lennie Kaplan estimates $130 billion in lost GDP over just the first decade. 

The separatists say Smith is lying. Jeffrey Rath of the Alberta Prosperity Project claims the transition would only cost $6 billion.  Six billion. For a new country.

That’s not an economic plan.

Not a single credible economist, constitutional scholar, or former finance minister has endorsed the separatists’ numbers. 

Danielle Smith built her career telling Albertans Ottawa was robbing them. Now she’s telling you leaving would cost nearly $400 billion.

BREAKING: A federal judge is now signaling the Trump administration’s so-called “weaponization fund” may have emerged from collusive litigation and could potentially amount to fraud on the court.

That is nuclear-level language from a judge.

“Fraud on the court” is not normal criticism.
It is reserved for situations where a court believes it may have been manipulated, misled, or used as part of a coordinated scheme.

And the judge reportedly pointed to two giant red flags:
- the massive $1.8 billion settlement amount
- and concerns the opposing sides may not have actually been acting as true adversaries

Translation?

The court is openly questioning whether this lawsuit was partially engineered to create a taxpayer-funded political compensation machine.

That is an absolutely extraordinary development.

BREAKING: RETALIATION! After losing to E. Jean Carroll twice, Donald Trump is now using the DOJ to settle the score

A jury found Donald Trump liable for sexually abusing E. Jean Carroll. Another jury ordered him to pay her $83 million for defaming her when he called her a liar. The Supreme Court has deferred deciding whether to hear his appeal twelve times.

So naturally, his Justice Department has launched a criminal investigation into her.

CNN reports that the DOJ is investigating whether Carroll, now 82 years old, committed perjury in her 2022 deposition when she said she had received no outside funding for her lawsuit — before it was later revealed that billionaire Reid Hoffman had paid some legal fees through a nonprofit. The trial judge reviewed the issue at the time, found no problem with Carroll's credibility, and blocked Trump's lawyers from pursuing it further.

That was apparently not the answer Trump wanted.

So, Todd Blanche — Trump's personal criminal defense attorney, now running the Justice Department — referred the investigation to federal prosecutors in Chicago. The only reason it landed in Chicago rather than New York, where the deposition occurred, is that Hoffman's nonprofit is based there.

Blanche has been recused from this particular case because he personally worked on Trump's Carroll appeals. But the rest of the department he runs is carrying it forward on Trump's behalf anyway.

This is the same Justice Department that dropped charges against a billionaire who allegedly bribed Indian officials after his lawyer offered a $10 billion investment. The same department that created a $1.776 billion slush fund for January 6th insurrectionists. The same department that launched a vindictive prosecution of James Comey that career lawyers refused to touch.

Carroll's lawyers said she never met nor communicated with anyone at Hoffman's nonprofit. The trial judge saw no credibility issue. The case proceeded, and Trump lost twice, by enormous margins, before two separate juries.

None of that matters to this administration. What matters is that E. Jean Carroll beat Donald Trump in court, and Donald Trump does not forget.

This is not law enforcement. This is retaliation with a badge.

The Supreme Court has now deferred Trump's appeal in the Carroll case twelve times. His DOJ is trying to criminalize her for winning.

HOLY CRAP Trump actually accomplished a miracle. Here is what he got out of Iran:

- Reduce its stockpile of enriched uranium by about 98%

- Limit uranium enrichment to 3.67% purity (far below weapons-grade)

- Cut the number of installed centrifuges by roughly two-thirds

- Only enrich uranium at one declared site (Natanz)

- Stop enrichment activities at Fordow and convert it into a research facility

- Redesign the Arak heavy-water reactor so it could not easily produce weapons-grade plutonium

- Ship out or dilute excess enriched uranium
Allow extensive inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)
Permit continuous monitoring of nuclear facilities and supply chains

- Accept “snap” inspections under expanded monitoring rules

- Avoid building new heavy-water reactors for years

- Stay within strict limits on uranium stockpile size and centrifuge development for set periods ranging from 10–25 years
