THREAD: The judge who sentenced Shiloh Hendrix to a 90-day stayed jail sentence, 200 hours of community service, probation, and a $1000 fine for using the n-word has a history of giving sex offenders no jail time.
The man who was filming Shiloh Hendrix was Sharmake Beyle Omar
He was previously charged with raping a 16 year old after she ran away from her foster home.
According to court records, the teenager told law enforcement that Mohamed Omer picked her up at a Rochester Kwik Trip and offered her a place to stay at his trailer, then propositioned and raped her after the teenager told him she would not have sex with him.
The teen said she met Sharmake Omar at the trailer later, and that Omar sexually assaulted her twice.
"The teenager said she was kept at the trailer for just under 24 hours with no food, and the two men took her shoes to prevent her from running away."
The prosecutor didn't attempt to bring the case to trial for 3 years, and the victim aged out of the foster system and left Minnesota, so the charges were dropped.
BREAKING: The jury has reached a verdict in the Shiloh Hendrix trial.
Count 1 – Disorderly Conduct (regarding the child): Not Guilty
Count 2 – Disorderly Conduct (regarding the videographer): Guilty
The jury acquitted Hendrix on the charge involving the child but found her guilty on the separate disorderly conduct charge involving the videographer.
America, we have a problem.
A serious country would’ve denaturalized Zohran Mamdani, Ilhan Omar and every single Somalian daycare scammer.
The fact any of them still have passports is criminal.
@Asher_am6 White liberals will be the end of us. What happened to these prestigious American colleges it’s like there teaching people how to be psycho activists.
It’s funny how the UK go through all this effort to arrest Andrew Tate in another country but have no time to arrest Pakistan rape gangs at home in England.
Hmm, i wonder why that is…
I just left Costco and I feel like an idiot...
The people in front of me bought $1,200 in top shelf alcohol, cases of redbull, and steaks.
They split it up and paid for the steaks and redbull with EBT, and then pulled out a giant wad of $100 bills to pay for the alcohol in cash.
WTF am I doing with my life??? I haven't bought steak in years - I haven't bought alcohol in decades. Too expensive. On the rare occasion we eat out, I buy the cheapest thing on the menu.
Yet these people can just casually drop thousands of dollars of my tax money on things I can't even afford?? Just to drive home to a taxpayer funded house nicer than I live in.
We are completely destroyed as a society.
@Dj15851Johnson The fact that they advocate for it but when questioned under oath they want NOTHING to do with trans boys getting pregnant coz they fucking can’t
