@GuntherEagleman lol, you had to change “US committed to peace” to “Middle East committed to peace” because otherwise it just sounded really dumb. Well done.
@JonesJones48712@TrumpWarRoom@MattWalshBlog@JDVance What are they getting? They can sell oil. Seems like we traded re-opening the strait and a full stop ceasefire for that. Everything else is contingent on the 60 day negotiations isn’t it?
@WhiteHouse No serious person is still saying $300B BY THE US. But… agreeing to broker $300B for rebuilding begs a lot of questions. 1) why / how was $300B decided? 2) what is the net $$ benefit to the US — we have undertaken all the effort / cost. No nukes is good start but not enough
I may have questions about the Iran deal, but I am pleasantly surprised by the market reaction - which tends to be my barometer for these things. Maybe a little more optimism than I had yesterday….trust but verify in 60 days.
@EricLDaugh Per ChatGPT, this win has been costly for a “let’s try it & hope for the best” approach. The biggest benefits happened in 1st 2 weeks. Rest has been hammering out this 14 pt deal. Next 60 days are important. US bearing all the cost , & it is unclear the net economic benefit to US
@krassenstein Man, extreme supporters and haters of this deal have lost their minds. You think Iran shouldn’t be able to have any sort of military forever? Are you a moron? Plenty of problems with this deal, but comments like this will be all MAGA keys on. Maybe your goal is clicks
I have an idea for you. Get a bunch of Dem donors to buy or lease or take over a small hospital. Plenty are close to going out of business.
Have it charge ONLY MEDICARE RATES. For everything. Be completely transparent with every penny you spend so everyone can see what it truly costs to run a small hospital.
See if you can make it work. See what services you can offer. Do not ask for any government subsidies. It has to operate at least to break even.
There are some hospitals that already do this. It wouldn’t be unique. If it works out, you can buy another one. Then another one. Till you have a network.
I’ll help where I can. And for those asking the inevitable, I have tried. As I posted earlier, they all ghosted me after learning how transparent I wanted to be.
@mitchellvii It’s apparently a requirement of Iran in order to sign the MOU. There are only like 14 points. This was important enough they insisted it be included. Unless you are suggesting this point was demanded by the US?
@EricLDaugh How many tens of billions do you think Trump will give to Iran to rebuild infrastructure we destroyed if they “agree” to no nuclear weapons? Please remember how egregious $1.7B is when it happens
@mitchellvii https://t.co/5HOaS2R9VP
Trump just said they are in no rush to get the enriched uranium because it’s buried so far deep that only the US and maybe China can even get to it. This is from last year’s attacks. And we can apparently see their every move. So how close were they?
@EricLDaugh Fair - however X influencers touted the new reflecting pool like the greatest achievement in the world non stop for weeks. Maybe if less time was spent on the reflecting pool and more time on Iran negotiations the MOU would look better
@bennyjohnson Sometimes things just aren’t well done. It’s not a huge conspiracy. Political influencers shouldn’t just be blind bootlickers to the president. It’s the modern day version of the emperor has no clothes. We shall see in 60 days how good a deal POTUS managed
@mitchellvii It’s like watching you real-time see all the problems with this MOU. Now, take it a step further when you realize the Iranians also realize this….
@ClayTravis@WSJ Seems pretty hard to declare victory or failure at this point just based on this. It’s like a giant version of “truce” while they decide what the actual agreement will look like.
@mitchellvii Trump came out and said this whole narrative is fake news this morning. Perhaps you have the vision he doesn’t but he laughed off the notion that he was going to be administer a program like this.
@MakeUrMov@piersmorgan So any deal, even a bad deal, at this stage is ok because the US neutered Iran militarily and financially? I want to see the actual text and the end result in 60 days, but at face value it appears Iran is prepared to withstand far more pain than we are right now and US wants out
