@OfficialPLT don’t know what’s happened to plt. Customer service is actually shocking. Been trying to talk to someone for over a week over a returned order that they have only given me a partial refund for with no explanation at all. Fuming doesn’t cover it. AVOID AVOID AVOID😤😤
@easyJet cutting me off every time I’m put on hold. Cancelled my flight at bristol due to over booking the aircraft. Offered me €500 to go to Gatwick and fly from there the following day. Now refusing the claim. DO NOT FLY WITH EASYJET !!!!!!!!!!
