@IsabellaAmara1 @MissGijae A school that wants to cover all subjects will employ atleast 30 teachers to cover 10 subjects for just 3 classes alone. In a term of 4 months, that is 9.5m salary payment. If those 3 classes have 30 students, 21 is servicing teachers salary, then some wont pay. entitlement ppl

Schools are just a peripheral of my fleet of businesses and none of my workers are told their salary per session which is approximately 4 months.
In north America here also, you tell people their yearly salary not biweekly pay.

In North America, it means per year. You dont ask questions about that
