This is Rutenga road , every rain season. Chilonga bridge is in a mess for the past two days. We can’t cross. Surely Chiredzi is not in Zim’s plans. Since 1980, we’ve voted ZANU PF. We always come out in numbers, together with our sugarcanes, to maintain the status quo.
Even our so-called all-weather friends from China are now laughing at the shocking incompetence of ZANUPF and its corrupt, captured opposition. Zimbabweans are literally walking on top of raw sewage every day. I have said this countless times, and some people thought I was lying. If you ever doubted me, here is the undeniable evidence.
This national disgrace is the product of a broken national economy crippled by decades of corruption, mismanagement, and theft of public resources.
It is the result of bad leadership that has prioritised patronage, personality cults, and looting over genuine service delivery for the citizens.
Instead of building infrastructure, investing in healthcare, and ensuring basic dignity for Zimbabweans, the corrupt and incompetent ruling elite has looted the nation into total and tragic collapse.
The lesson for Zimbabweans is that we must stop obsessing over personalities and start demanding leaders who can actually deliver. These cults for ED and political bootlicking makes the whole country a laughing stock.
Zimbabwe needs leaders who can build, not steal. It needs leaders that can serve, not loot. We must prioritise the people’s wellbeing over political theatrics. Only then will we begin to fix this broken country. For now, we will remain being laughed at!
🔸What’s the legal basis underlying this purported ban? Do we live in a country where if a Minister decides he doesn’t like something, he just lays down a decree and it must be implemented? What has become of the rule of law?
We need new leaders.🇿🇼
This is the Bulawayo–Victoria Falls Road. It looks like a road that has been bombed, yet it links Zimbabwe’s second biggest city to its premier tourist resort, Victoria Falls.
This is a direct result of the historic looting of public funds over the last seven years.
Nobody ever imagined that we would have such a terrible government, one that fails to understand the importance of maintaining such a critical road for Zimbabwe’s tourist economy.
When this part of the road was shared on social media in a still picture, the regime called it a lie. How is it a lie now?
Mnangagwa was so embarrassed to send his highly unqualified ICT minister, @TateMavetera, to the AI summit in Rwanda that he had to send another minister from a different portfolio, Paul Mavima. 🤣🤣🤣
The decision to send a minister from a different portfolio, instead of the ICT minister, shows that there are concerns about the @TateMavetera’s qualifications.
Something that we have always known from day one!
