@AmericanAir Amazing service by Brittnae Henry and Isabel at JFK's Flagship Check-In. They went above and beyond to make sure we were able to board our flight. Unfortunately I forgot my recognition cards at home. Please pass along our appreciation for AMAZING SERVICE!!

@AmericanAir Making it simpler: We never get free wifi on the short NYC/BOS, we always have to pay a lot. But when there is no wifi and that is often, you guys just announce it as if it is not a big deal and say it is a short flight. If that is the case, why charge when the system is working?

@AmericanAir How can you charge $19 for a 20 min flight and call it value (we are talking the high prices of the NYC-BOS flights) and then when the flight does not have it [2 flights in as many days], you say "it's only a short 25 min flight, you won't even notice" ?

@fiberborne may be a scam. I ordered my S25 Ultra case on Oct 1st where they say it ships from the US in 2 to 4 days. I do not even have a notice of shipment from https://t.co/IjTBtpTixT and my attempts to reach them through email and their online chat have gone unanswered.

@AmericanAir. The blonde flight attendant in Business class on flight AA 293 DEL-JFK Sep 23rd, was just a miserable human being. At first I thought she was being rude just to me but as we deplaned 4 other fellow passengers were also commenting about her rude attitude.
