@ATT @ATTHelp I'm so disappointed in yesterday's want to file a claim call. The first guy's name is Javier from Texas, he helped me with passcode and transferred me to claims, a few minutes with that lady that was her last day at claims, transferred me somewhere else and that guy

@ATT why does your company make it so hard to file a claim on a phone that has malfunctioned, but your company is too quick to collect insurance fees???? Yesterday, I was on the phone for over an hour and spent most time on hold.
