today, we release the open weights of Krea 2.
welcome Krea 2 Raw and Krea 2 Turbo, an undistilled model from mid-training meant to be fine-tuned, and a fast distilled version with a wide aesthetic diversity.

today, we're releasing the API for Krea 2.
now available in platforms like @fal or @ComfyUI, through agents like Hermes from @NousResearch, and with full support for Claude, Codex, or OpenClaw.

krea 2 is out.
most image models understand what you want. k2 is built around how you want it to look.
been using it for weeks, the aesthetic gap is real.

@davidvance Energy demand is exponential, getting rid of clean nuclear is a tectonic mistake for the German economy.
Germany is now dependent on fossil fuels (i.e. Russia)
Complete nonsense.

Vibe coding is good for devs who know coding. Everyone else ends up with bugs and apps that have security flaws. “Collective AI” or “Agentic swarm” coding 🤖 is the true game-changer. It allows people to have domain-specific Agents working on different application components, like in the real world.
I backed @altan_ai a few months ago, who recently announced a $2.5M round, and their growth without even having launched publicly is bananas. This is why:
- Most people need simpler applications for their day-to-day
- Non-devs don’t know how to deploy a live application
- Prototyping tools are just that: prototyping. They get you to 95% but the remaining 5% is too complex for non-devs
- Security teams at Enterprises don’t want to approve tools where half-baked products get in front of customers or employees and risk leaks
- Customer success is fundamental to winning the Enterprise segment
- A swarm of Agents optimised for specific tasks is easier to understand for people → positioning is key
Happy to announce our investment in @altan_ai.
Lately it’s been my favorite tool because it makes building voice-AI apps actually straightforward.
I’ve tested pretty much everything. But Altan is the only one that feels S-tier for assembling agent squads and shipping real software today (particularly around voice use-cases).
Thanks to @AlbertSalgueda, Tristan and the team for letting us on board as they raise $2.5M to build the future of voice-first software.
P.s. little voice-first experiment shipping soon.
