@HMRCcustomers Two separate envelopes, and shows as delivered to the HRMC address. I think that or either the new cheque it has not been sent from you to my friend or was sent but the letter with the cheque has been lost by the delivery man. And from my side there is no way I can check this

@HMRCcustomers Hi as advised, I sent a letter authorization to someone to cash my cheque. My partner and I were in the same situation however, our trusted friend has received only the letter for my partner and no letter no information for my cheque. It is impossible to contact you trough phone

@HMRCcustomers There is no way to do it by phone or email address ? As I mentioned I am abroad so post is not suitable for me

Can I redo the application or modify it? So someone can receive the cheque for me? I didn’t know before there was that option, when doing the process. I’m completely unable to cash the cheque in Spain.

@abc_es El problema no son las “autobajas” , el problema es que damos por sentado que en España la gente se aprovechará. En Europa hay autobajas 100% remuneradas, como derecho general del trabajador sin excepciones ni explicaciones y funciona. Quizás es que no somos Europa 🤔

1. They promised me that they would provide me with the IONT number for my insurance. FALSE, after 3 months of back and forth with calls and messages they confirmed that they could not give it to me.
