@womaninblue1050 I'm not sure if you are based in the UK or not but not many shops have store cards as a payment option anymore... certainly not coffee shops, football stadiums, festivals...this of us who don't have credit cards (and there's a lot of us) use debit cards for everything

Barclays. I work really hard for not much money. I last got paid on 20th December. I can't access my money. Your advice has been to ask family to borrow money (I don't have any family so that's made me feel sad) or go to a food bank. Can't you see that's a terrible response?

Wow. This is Barclays' advice to a customer struggling during this disaster caused by their systems being down- borrow some money from family or friends. This is a multinational financial institution. Incredible. #Barclays

boasting about the fact he was 25 minutes late on his route to another driver and that he was stopping for a cigarette. My bus was also late and that driver was also standing around chatting and joking about being late. You don't care about your customers at all do you? 2/2

Since you introduced your new and 'improved' bus service in Hastings @StagecoachSE you have made me late pretty much everyday to work. You have got rid of the bus that gets me home by changing the route. I've just overheard one of your drivers at Hastings Station 1/2
