May film study recap.
Another month challenging myself with daily sketches. 320+ shots studying master compositions, and I'm feeling blessed by the gods of cinematography.
Continuing into Jun with a new focus on lighting and colour.
@naattttaaaaaaaa >> Last month I mainly focused on composition so I would pick scenes that have good layouts and character interactions, etc. I didn't spend too much time on each scene so I could practise as much as possible. Filmgrab has a button for random film which I find very handy!
@naattttaaaaaaaa I joined a paid project and they chose a film everyday so I didn't have to worry too much in the beginning! But later I found the pics they provided weren't always suitable so I went to find more scenes myself. There're bunch of websites that do screencaps such as Filmgrab >>
Hey guys, @Camminliu 's light-sensitive acrylics are available in my store now.
Looks like a mirror at normal light, only showing a hidden art in front of a light source.
April daily sketches recap.
What. A. Month!!!
This isn't #pleinairpril , just a project that happened to land in April. The theme was Trees and Plants, which is why there's so much green throughout the drawings.
Continuing in May with film studies.
