At the grand old age of 47 and a bit I did my first park run today all followed by pancakes and meeting new people, Was a local one only 5000 miles to get here and 4 hours sleep,
With @DanBurt92 running in the marathon tomorrow I did what all parents do and let him beat me 🤣

Great to have the opportunity to play cricket yesterday and remind an ageing coach how hard the game really is!!

The game was made all the better as I played with, and was outperformed by, four talented young women from our Ladies 1st XI.
