Got a WhatsApp saying the patient was “consulted” when they hadn’t even seen the doctor. Coordinator shrugs it off as “system not updated, IT issue.” Either the service standards are slipping or their IT systems are nowhere near what a hospital like this needs.

I have heard people saying that tariffs would be disastrous for one company. I think what it will do is is one of three things 1) Move people to more economic phones 2) Move phone upgrades to a longer cycle 3) US people buy phones with plans, plans will get expensive.. 1/2

Both Samsung and Apple I feel need to shift their phone approach from hardware to SaaS approach... and prepare for stiff competition from companies like Xiomi and one plus out side of US.
