T is for Time Under Tension! This refers to the amount of time that muscle spends under strain/stress. ‘TUT’ training puts the muscle under strain for longer to further develop muscle strength.

S is for super set! What is a super set? This is when you perform 2 different exercises on an alternating basis, with little/no rest in between. Supersets are most commonly used with opposing muscles (eg: biceps and triceps) - agonist and antagonist muscles.
