Obviously majorly relieved but assuming it’s going to take a while, they said in the next few weeks.

Took out the ‘insurance’ but didn’t qualify as rescheduled not cancelled. No email about refund and now told we’re ineligible. We can’t go next year due to family wedding. @MartinSLewis

@KendalCalling paid extra for insurance should it be cancelled or should we not be able to go. @Ticketline agent said this only covers accidents and illness! He’s said he’s going to ‘try his best’ to get approved but no timescale or assurance given. Please help. 2/2

@KendalCalling hi guys. After a wk of trying, got through to @Ticketline this pm. They are saying that as ‘we missed’ the refund date, (4 days after the cancellation notice) we didn’t even know about, there’s no guarantee we’ll get our £1,700 back.Our honeymoon fund + savings 1/2

@KendalCalling @OllieAllen123 Not only did we get no email from anyone junk mail or not, we had the last instalment go out our bank today 🤦🏻‍♀️ quite a large one as we used cancelled honeymoon money to go all out with a glamping tent! We took out the additional insurance etc - we will get this back won’t we?!

@CorbettCris An income? The ability to pay your bills? A reason to get up in the morning? Total respect and admiration for all keys workers, front line staff and those who haven’t had any time ‘off’ in the last 12 months. But, please, please appreciate those first three things.
