8 years ago, we started with a simple question: what if no child in my home town had to leave school because of poverty?
In 2018, only 31% of our village children were in school. Today, that number stands at 95%.
This wasn’t charity, it was a system , a simple experiment: Free uniforms, free bags , every year by an incredible on-ground team who refused to let distance or funding gaps break the chain.
Our target for 2028 is 99.99% enrollment. We’re close, but this is a marathon, not a sprint.
To every parent who trusted us, every volunteer who showed up, and every child who walked back into a classroom, this progress belongs to you

A story which we used to see every day in my childhood , maybe a little effort today will change the life of that family.
Over the past three months, our team worked tirelessly to identify, screen, and select deserving individuals for this initiative. Rather than providing temporary relief, our goal is to create pathways to long-term self-reliance , equipping hardworking individuals with business carts to support their daily livelihoods.
Many of these individuals carry the determination to work but lack the basic resources needed to start as they were currently sitting on the ground to sell vegetables and fruits. With these carts, they can earn with dignity, grow their income, and build a more stable future for their families.
📌 Program Conditions
1. Beneficiaries must keep their children enrolled in school.
2. Follow-up evaluations will be conducted every six months.
3. Progress and outcomes will be assessed over the next year to guide future phases of the project.
True poverty eradication is not achieved through charity alone , it is achieved by building pathways to independence, education.
This may not appear to be a large intervention, but for a family striving toward a better future, it can mark the beginning of a new direction and a life of greater dignity and self-sufficiency.
We look forward to measuring the impact of this initiative over the coming year, and expanding our efforts based on what we learn.

Poverty Eradication Task Force — Project 2026
What an incredible evening at the “Center for Heart and Vascular Research & Innovation” (CHVRI) @CHVResearch 1st Annual Innovation Conference 2026.
Last night was nothing short of inspiring. Fifteen brilliant student from different medical colleges took the stage, five outstanding awards were presented, and our distinguished panel of judges brought depth, wisdom, and excellence to every moment.
We explored the future of cardiovascular research where Artificial Intelligence meets Emotional Intelligence in medicine and the energy in that room reminded us exactly why we do this work.
To every presenter, judge, attendee, and volunteer: thank you so much for inspiring everyone ♥️. Special thanks to Kashif Ali Hashmi for his critical analysis of presentations along with Dr. Ghulam Mujtaba and Muhammad Afzal Bodla incredible support to give time in their busy clinic day.
Thanks to all organizers of this event who made this possible in just few days. This event was fully free for all students as I felt humbled to do this little payback to uplift academic culture in Multan on the line of 🫀
This is just the beginning. 🫀
A day at LUMS
On the kind invitation of Dr. Imran Anwar who is leading several initiatives at LUMS to promote ease of mathematics education across the country, our Education Innovation Network (EIN) team had the privilege of visiting LUMS for a mutual exchange of ideas around two initiatives:
1️⃣ Mathematicians' Hunt — scouting bright young minds from underprivileged backgrounds in South Punjab with the help our Education Innovation Network @alcoai
2️⃣ Teachers' Training — preparing the best mathematics educators to teach in our region.
Mathematics was my first love as a child, and supporting young minds in this space feels like coming full circle. In my personal capacity, I'll be contributing toward travel and logistics costs so deserving students and teachers from South Punjab can register and participate in LUMS' on-campus training programs.
Grateful to Dr. Imran Anwar and the LUMS team for conducting their first session with our team in 2025 in Muzaffargarh, followed by a teachers' training program at LUMS. These initiatives cost a great deal from money, time and too much energy but building great teachers is one of the best investments a society can make.
Little things over the decade make it impactful and inshallah if God willing these small things may change someone family destiny.

A special thank you to the NANA Philanthropic Board Dr. Ahmad Saeed Khan, Dr. Muhammad Zeshan, and Dr. Maida— for a full year of tireless work, from interviews to framing the regulations that made this initiative socially meaningful and successful.
To every student who showed up with curiosity and questions , this was for you. The road from Nishtar to North America is long, but you do not walk it alone. Your journey is easy if you help someone else on the way. Heart full thanks to matched resident who spent 2 hour in 2nd session in Q& A session to guide all students, it was one of the best experience I personally experienced.
At the core it was not possible without NAPS - Nishtar Arts and Photographic Society who spent their days to execute it at best , Abdur Rehman Ch and team incredible work under NAPS.
Humbling to visit our 10 AI Tech Centers across Muzaffargarh — six years in the making, and half of them I saw for the first time. Under Education Innovation Network a tireless and dedicated team has carried this vision forward 🙏🏻
What began as an idea is now a reality: 10 AI & Tech Learning Centers shaping young minds across South Punjab’s villages.
One moment will stay with me forever. A young girl from 8th grade stood up and presented on girls’ education and the barriers she faces, with a clarity and courage that left the room silent.
Then she asked me: “Why do you do all this? What is true success to you?”
I paused for a moment, and told her:
“True success is not what we achieve for ourselves — it is making someone else’s life better.”
That is why these centers exist. That is why we will keep building, In Sha Allah.
Thank your for sharing . We are going to build “Center Of Mathematics” for south Punjab students in our new initiative and I feel this will help it tremendously
@alcoai
Over the last 6 years, this journey has grown from a simple idea into a powerful movement with 11 education & innovation centers today and counting.
None of this would have been possible without teamwork, trust, and relentless dedication. Every classroom, lab, library, and learning space stands as proof of what collective vision can achieve.
Special respect and gratitude to our on-ground teams and individuals who gave their time, energy, and sacrifices selflessly, without any compensation, turning ideas into reality for future generations.
With the new addition this month, we move forward with hope and momentum. InshAllah, by December 2026, we aim for 15 centers, adding 2–4 more at an even higher pace.
Thank you to everyone who believed, supported, and walked this path with us.
This is not just infrastructure , this is impact ♥️
The journey continues… InshAllah. 🤍

It’s truly humbling to share the work of the last 10 months that my family has carried out on the ground.
They devoted their time, energy, and hearts to advancing the “Wasaib Digitalization Program” by visiting schools across the district to identify deserving students who can become the next generation of community leaders and volunteers.
Here are a few glimpses from the inaugural session:
1️⃣ Inauguration of the IT Center
At Government High School Sharif Chajrah, Muzaffargarh, established at a cost of 2 million PKR, aimed at empowering students with real digital skills , made in span of 6 months.
2️⃣ Phase 1 Laptop Distribution
Laptops were distributed equally among boys and girls based on:
1. Merit
2. Financial need
3. Leadership potential
Phase 1 of the Wasaib Digitalization Program itself was a 2 million PKR initiative , completed in 4 months
3️⃣ Saraiki Culture Day
A celebration of our rich Saraiki heritage, graced by our chief guest and my close friend Mr. Mossadaq Chughtai, whose AI expertise from MIT inspired students with a message of innovation, resilience, and service.
This was truly a historic event for Muzaffargarh , a step toward transforming education and bringing new opportunities to our youth. I am deeply grateful to my brothers who executed this selflessly, purely for the sake of Allah, with no expectation of reward. This is the kind of work that continues to impact lives even when we are no longer here. Named this center as a gift to my fathrer as “Bahawal Laghari AI Center of AI” as he used to see these schools a sign of hope for his son!
A heartfelt thank you to the entire education department , the Secretary, CEO, principals, teachers, and especially the students , for making this a remarkable and memorable milestone.
humble regards,
Aamir Laghari

1st Annual Math Circle Initiative – Muzaffargarh. An Inspiring Collaboration by Education Innovation Network, LUMS & School Education Department, Punjab
Alhamdulillah, a historic day of innovation, learning, and educational transformation took place in District Muzaffargarh today !
Organized by the Education Innovation Network (EIN) in partnership with LUMS and the School Education Department, this initiative empowered passionate math educators with modern strategies, creative problem-solving methods, and LUMS’ world-class, student-centered teaching approaches from labs to classroomom under training the teacher initiative for whole district Muzaffargarh Mathematicians.
From dynamic sessions with Dr. Imran Anwar, Mr. Waqas Ali Azhar, and Dr. Shaheen Nazir, to a shared vision of “Math for All”, the energy in the room was unmatched.
This is more than a workshop—this is a movement.
A movement to reimagine mathematics, uplift teachers, and unlock the hidden talents to solve the problems in an innovative way.
This was not possible without team work of EIN led by our powerful motivational team on ground.
We’re humbled to share the launch of the “Wasaib Digitization Program” – a transformative initiative to empower young leaders from underrepresented and underserved communities in Muzaffargarh! 💻📚
This annual program targets talented high school students at the undergraduate level, giving them the tools to succeed in a digital world.
Phase 1: Screening
We’re screening over 25 Government High Schools (boys & girls) through data gathering and interviews to find the brightest young minds.
Phase 2: Selection
From more than 25,000 students, we’ll select 50 talented individuals who demonstrate financial need and a passion for helping others. This year, we’re starting strong in 2025, with plans to expand each year!
Phase 3: Empowerment
These 50 students will receive laptops at a special award ceremony and undergo IT training from 9th to 12th grade, setting them up for success in the digital age. 💻
Phase 4: Mentorship & Leadership
The selected students will be mentored as a cohort, focusing on leadership skills and philanthropy to foster a culture of support in our villages. 🤝
Phase 5: Sustainability
We aim to grow this program each year, bringing more digital opportunities to Wasaib. This year’s initiative, costing 2 million PKR, is proudly supported by one of a dear friend and myself. Together, we’re building a brighter future! 🌍
I’m incredibly hopeful that under the leadership of our Project Chair, Muhammad Musharaf Laghari, who is tech savvy and Co-Chair, Saqib Laghari, this program will drive real change over the next decade – just like our successful school enrollment program under Free Bags, which increased school attendance in a village from 30% in 2018 to 85% in 2025! 📈 under Asif Laghari
Change takes time, patience, and a good heart, and with God’s blessings, we’ll see the best outcomes. 🙏 Join us in this journey to make Wasaib a hub of digital energy!

1,000+ Families Helped – But the Real Change Starts Now 🌍
This Ramadan, my brotehrs went door-to-door across 24 villages in Shah Jamal, Muzaffargarh documenting the struggles of 1,039 families —orphans, widows, and persons with disabilities. After weeks of meticulous data collection 📊, we provided one-month ration packs worth 1.5M PKR to ease their hardship.
Yet food is a temporary relief the real key to breaking the cycle of poverty. That’s why we’re doubling down on Education Innovation Network to empower these communities for the long term via building new AI centers and Digital Drivie initiatives.
Sharing our findings so others can replicate this model **systematically**. Data drives change—let’s use it wisely! 💡
