First, you ban my account on October 1, apparently because something went wrong with your fraud detection.

Then your automated support sends me in circles, claiming it “can't find” the subscription despite me providing the invoice and receipt numbers for a payment made on September 17.

I just want a refund for a service I can no longer use. Instead, I’m getting automated replies that completely ignore the information I provide.

Right now, this looks less like customer support and more like a company blocking accounts and making refunds impossible.

Please have an actual human look into this.
