@confusedtayo Then they don't know how to read. Snape's appearance is mentioned in EVERY SINGLE BOOK. Plus this changes the dynamic of the animosity between James and Snape, Sirius even mentioned that Snape was just different. This paints that statement as something other than childish dislike

@PturtIe Actually I'm not racist and I'm still upset with who they cast as Snape because it changes the entire relationship between James and Snape growing up in a negative way and make it seems racist. Plus Harry's immediate dislike of Snape will now be seen as racism.

This new guy doesn't fit the description and I'm going in with expectations so low they're subterranean.
