She was simply walking in the woods when she got hungry. But it's not hard to catch a meal on the beaten path. You'll come across a person, or in this case, a pair of people, every now and then, and they are all yours.

After Tifa swallows a couple whole, she enjoys the feeling of them squirming inside her throughout her time hanging in the woods. Deciding she will need to find a hotel to retire to that night, Tifa takes the (Japanese) subway to a nearby town where she grabs a coffee, checks into a hotel, all while her two prey are inside, squirming endlessly like the good meal they are.

Tifa also lays by the pool, freaking out a few other people with her enormous gut. But she hardly cares. She can eat people!

After a little more walking and hanging out in the town, Tifa then goes back to her hotel to relax for the end of the evening; finally, you will see her lay in bed and, overnight, digest what she's got!
