Its not about giving stuff in order to get the 3 points. It's about allowing teams to get away with gamesmanship time after time and basically saying its acceptable. But he follows the rule book which is not entirely in Footballs interest

Far too much manipulation and its been allowed because we keep watching and ignoring it.
